Ajay’s passion for real estate developed into business ownership in 2023 when he established his own independent real estate agency. Before entering real estate, Ajay enjoyed a successful career in hospitality, managing operations across multiple restaurants. As an experienced property investor, Ajay brings more than a decade of practical knowledge in property investment, renovation and strategies designed to improve rental returns and long-term capital growth.
