Kevin Xu

Kevin began his real estate career in 2018 as one of the first five team members of a start-up real estate agency in Canberra. Over the following years, he played an active role in helping the business grow into a well-established boutique agency completing around 160 property transactions annually.

After relocating with his family to Queensland, Kevin continued his property career across both real estate agencies and property developers. His experience covers business development, sales support, property marketing and land acquisition, giving him a broad understanding of the property industry and the full real estate process.

Kevin has particular strengths in property appraisal and marketing. He has prepared hundreds of property appraisals throughout his career and is highly experienced in identifying a property’s key selling points, improving its market appeal and helping owners achieve the best possible outcome.
Over the years, Kevin has also built an extensive network across the property industry. He understands the balance between competition and collaboration and enjoys identifying opportunities where professionals can support each other, create stronger referral relationships and achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.

Outside work, Kevin’s interests remain closely connected to property. He enjoys landscaping and home improvement and has also worked professionally as a property photographer.
